About: Ladybrook Children's Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

It's nothing wrong but always the useful courses are not here in the Center so less attraction for people I wish more courses like pleasly and Titchfield children centers

& I got another story with the maths course in July 2015 I missed my test because of my kids illness and I asked them if they can retest me they promised to ask but they never answer me back.

Other than that it's friendly and helpful staff.

Thank you for your feedback, it's a real shame that you feel that Ladybrook dont have any useful courses on, we are trying to put on courses that our families are wanting, so would be really interested to hear what you would like putting on. We now have consultation forms that we ask families to complete and our new Community involvment worker then collates these to see which is the most popular courses to put on.

You can also access the courses that are being delivered at Pleasley and Titchfield as we now work as a cluster, so try to spread the courses across the area. I do however understand that this is not possible for everyone due to travel.

I would also be interested to hear more about your experience with the Maths course as I would like to make sure you get your answer, so if you could contact me, I can then look into this further for you.

Thank you again for this feedback its important for us to receive this so that we can address any issues arising and to look at ways in which we can improve our services.
