"Disgusting treatment of 81 yr old lady."

My mother was admitted this morning after a sever fall. She was delivered via ambulance. I couldn't get to the hospital until a few hours later. Once there I discovered she had been discharged and she was in her nightie a hospital gown sat in a waiting area, on a hard chair. She was cold, confused, in pain.

It was a horrific sight. She should not have been discharged !! Sent home to be alone, we received no advice no help what so ever. She is battered and bruised. in pain. Absolutely disgusting. !!!!!!!

We now need to find a place for her to go to be looked after. We are looking at paying £185 per night !!!!!!
