"111 emergency dental"

I called the 111 service out of hours dental side as I am experiencing sever tooth ache. I am 24 weeks pregnant and live in Islington, I spoke to a very rude woman who said the closest out of hours dentist was in shepherds bush which is extremely far, and that I need to call my dentist to get seen earlier and all she can advise is to take paracetamol. when I asked is that it? she said what are you expecting? In a very rude tone. not only was she seemed unsympathetic, but I thought she was extremely unhelpful. I found more tips online about how to manage pain whilst pregnant than what she gave me. I thought the service was a complete waste of my time.
