"Very poor food"

There were minimal choices, never very inspiring and I never wanted to eat.
A bit of thought to add a bit of flavour, maybe some sauces to try and counter the dry meat and not being stuck in the sixties for salads-tomato, lettuce and salad cream- no dressing or mayonnaise would not take much.
I have lost a lot of weight, I would not at home.
