"A&E for Burns 3/10/2015 10.30am approx"

Spilt a boiling hot mug of tea over my legs. Agony. A&E admittance a little frosty from the actual reception staff; they just watch you or ignore you when you are obviously in a lot of pain and waiting behind the line for them to actually acknowledge you because they are on the computer! But once acknowledged and in the 'system' the actual medical staff are brilliant from initial assessment to treatment. Professional, polite and ultimately top notch medical treatment. We are so lucky in this country. Our NHS is fantastic. Thanks guys.
