When for my appointment along with several others waiting there to find dr didnt turn up no one could rebook me after many calls later i was told a saturday one would be made for all so they can catch up - this never happened.
no one called me i just got a letter with a date a month away.
chasing this up no one got back to me i was then eventually greeted with a letter stating that appointment had been canceled for another 2 week wait all in all so far from original appointment in july its now 3 months later ( actually for as 1st was at beginning of month and next is at end of oct) awful service
