"Visit to Tissue Viability Centre"

Having visited the above centre today, I was very pleased with the service and care provided.

At all times I was treated as an individual, received an thorough diagnostic assessment, was treated with care and the utmost dignity and respect was given to any of my personal needs. At no time did I feel the assessor was rushing due to workload or time pressures.

The results of the assessment were summarised and my understanding was questioned together with the opportunity to ask any questions I may have had.

A course of ongoing treatment was explained and a follow up suggested in 6 months time for reassessment and ongoing discussion.

To the clinician I'd like to say thank you for taking the time today and for providing your personal care, it is very much appreciated.

The clinic buildings are tired and space is certainly at a premium.
