"Two very good experiences this year"

I had an emergency procedure done here and was also taken in by ambulance for another emergency a few months later. From the ambulance paramedics who arrived very quickly at my home, to the nurses, HCAs and doctors who cared for me, everyone was friendly and caring. I felt respected and well looked after. Things were well organised, clean and efficient. I received good follow up care too, although there was quite a wait for my appointment on the day of the clinic, it was an evening clinic with the consultant there till around 21:30! The patients were obviously being given the time they needed and not rushed through, therefore I didn't mind having to wait around. Thank you to all the staff for looking after me so well at a scary time in my life.
