"Cold and horrible hospital shame on you."

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Another doctor sent me to this disgusting hospital and what can I say? I was not taken seriously nor was I listened to, the doctor I seen was very patronising and very rude. The way the outpatient clinic is run is like a cattle market, and the nursing staff are shocking. I seen the consultant and was in and out on the first visit with in 10min, told me will get your notes from another hospital, and get you back to clinic with in 4wks, 12wks later I was still fighting for answers and looking for another appointment. I did manage to go back and see her again and what a waste, of 3months wait to get know were with this horrible doctor, if I could name and shame on here I would. I did take my concerns to complaints who were most helpful, They put me through to matron with my concerns and once again it went down hill from then again. How are professional people like this able to get away treating patients like this shame on the hospital. I am still no further forward still in pain but this hospital told me if I am not happy then go to another hospital, its ok passing the buck you have took the easy way out again shame on you.
