"Great service from A&E when in correct clothing"

I needed quick treatment following a fall. Despite arriving at a busy time for the A&E department I was treated with sympathy, time and urgently. The care was excellent.

My only unhappiness in the treatment from the A&E department was that the staff allowed one member of the team to ignore the hospitals own dignity and respect policy and not provde equal care to everyone. No other member of staff challenged the individual which I think should be addressed to boost the overall care to excellent.
