What I liked

The staff in the delivery suite were great. I had a safe delivery of my daughter and it was thanks to them guys. The staff were really patient with me and helped me through all of my delivery in one way or another.

What could be improved

The attitude of the midwives on the maternity wards, quite a few of them were arrogant towards me whilst on the ward.

Anything else?

The food was great whilst in the hospital, I couldn't fault it and there was a big choice. I even got offered toast and a cup of hot chocolate after being in labour for 14 hours which was brill.

While we are delighted that you had a safe delivery of your baby daughter and were pleased with the staff on delivery suite, it is very concerning to hear of your concerns about the ward staff. This has been passed on to the matron in charge who will be raising it with the staff.
