"Time wasting"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

After arriving at the department I was pleased there were minimal people waiting. So forty minutes after my appointment time I was called in. I was met by a rude consultant. Barely spoke to me and made me feel like I was wasting their time, I had been referred by my gp after a lump appeared in my breast. The consultant didn't even offer a mammogram or ultrasound as they were "sure it is just fine" although this was the whole reason for my appointment. I am now more worried than I was prior to my appointment. Thanks Medway great service as usual!
