What could be improved

I was visiting my mother and three of the beds in her ward had become empty. I watched with my own eyes the beds been stripped and counted three wipes been used to briefly clean the mattress not the bed then move on the use the same three wipes on the other two beds plus the bedside tables. This was done on H ward

Anything else?

When I needed to visit HDU I reported a woman with very dirty hands (nails black with dirt) walking in and out, it was noticed by all that she also had dog mud on her shoe. No hospital staff removed her even when it was reported to them.
