I came into day surgery on 24th September and was very impressed by the high quality of care I received before and after my operation. Going into hospital for surgery is very daunting but the manner within which I was looked after made me feel at ease immediately. All the doctors and nurses that I spoke to treated my like an individual and were very respectful of any concerns I had. Everyone took time to talk everything through with me and made sure I didn't feel like a number on a list that day. After the operation the nurses in recovery were brilliant and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. A fantastic team of staff. Thank you for your attentiveness.You made my experience very positive.
