"I'm forever in your debt"

About: Cumbernauld Community Maternity

(as the patient),

Every since I found out I was pregnant at six weeks; I have had the full support of my midwife Suzi. I never ever thought I would fall pregnant and therefore as its my one and only I have been continually anxious and worried and I still am at 28 weeks. However I believe that I have only got through to the weeks with the advice and support of Suzi.

Every time I phone her she will (as soon as possible) get back to me and answer my fears and if she can she will attempt to book me into the Thursday morning clinic; as with my stressful job I can't go any other time and this would provide me with further anxiety.

So thank you Suzi I'm forever in your debt during and after this pregnancy.

Dear blessed 21

we really appreciate you taking time to give feedback on the care you have received in your pregnancy. Knowing what matters to you and tailoring our visits to suit your needs only highlights the importance a good relationship with your midwife can have in receiving a positive care experience.

I will pass on your kind comments to Suzi and the team.

best wishes

maureen
