What I liked
Absolutely nothing. I regularly use this hospital and find it vile every time.
What could be improved
Everything.
It's filthy.
Staff are demotivated, under paid and not respected by fellow staff or visitors.
Staff are rude and impatient.
No communication between doctors and nurses.
No communication between specialists and my GP.
Receptionists rude and impatient and can't be bothered.
Anything else?
I've had two wrong diagnoses in the last 6 years using that hospital. These have affected my life greatly and led to an awful amount of distress. Having put in complaints, the hospital closed ranks, and in the end it was too depressing for me to carry on. I hate this place with a passion but have no choice but to use it. Wish I could afford to go private.
