"My day in the emergency dept."

I was unfortunate enough to have to be taken into the Lister yesterday with breathing difficulties.

I feel compelled to write in praise of everybody who played a part in my care.

The Paramedic and the Ambulance staff were friendly andefficient and as for the doctors and nurses, I could not have wished for better treatment.

Every one of the front line staff who played a part in my care was efficient, friendly and approachable and made a traumatic day so much easier to handle.

There is so much negativity about the NHS and I am sure people have bad stories to recount but we are lucky to have such dedicated people to look after us.

If it is possible I would like my heartfelt thanks to be passed on to the staff in Majors and CDU. Many thanks and best wishes.
