"Endoscopy"

Although I had rather an unacceptable wait in the endoscopy department for my gastroscopy, my overall experience was a positive one. All of the staff, from the receptionist right up to the Consultant were first class. I was kept fully informed of events by the Consultant during the procedure, and was attended by very kind and sympathetic nursing staff. I doubt my care could have been bettered anywhere.
