"Very positive first experience - thank you"

I have been struggling with sinusitis for some time now - the main symptom being difficulty breathing. I have an appointment booked for December 2nd but my breathing was becoming unmanageable so the ENT department fitted me in last Monday afternoon. I was treated with total respect and care by both the nurse who greeted me and the doctor (specialist) I saw. The overall impression I was left with was that they were genuinely interested in me and I wasn't just a number. My two daughters were allowed in with me and both commented on how well we were all treated.
