on the evening of the 24th September witnessed in minors, the mother of a young man with disabilities asked for help after waiting in excess of two hours as her son was getting distressed, in order to speak to staff the young man was left unattended, he subsequently collapsed. Any disabled person sensitive to noise and new experiences exhibiting distress should surely be seen without delay if at all possible, at the very least a side room should be sought in order to offer some respite from sensory overload which could potentially trigger further health deterioration.
