no recent experience of treatment prior to this. can not see how it could be better.Ability to leave a message to the comsultant's secretary. Arrived back from holiday to find a letter making an appointment. No time to write;it was a bank holiday weekend; no voice mail or e-mail address to contact secretary

Anything else?

Staff on duty over bank holiday contacted day surgery to confirm my attendance. very patient and helpful.
