"Fantastic treatment"

About: Furness General Hospital

Hi, I felt that my plaster cast had become loose since fitting the previous week. I called Fracture reception who told me to come the next morning. I arrived @ 08.30, approx an hour earlier than I had said as I had managed to get a lift. I knocked on the door as instructed and was welcomed in by a member of staff who although busy tidying up after night shift, immediately started examining and then replacing the cast. They were friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring through out. My entire visit lasted less than 1/2 hour.

Just wanted to extend my thanks to this member of staff, and hope this will be relayed to them.
