Was sent an appointment whilst away on holiday. Phoned department to explain why I didn't attend and was given the number for the Outpatients booking co-coordinator. What a waste of time that was, after ringing more than 20 times I gave up. I now receive a letter from the hospital saying I didn't attend and there didn't appear to be any communication from me. Well I certainly tried to communicate.

I will also ask the team to look at why the phone was not answered so as to avoid this in the future.
