"What a joke!"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

My son has been under a doctor for years. Other than dosing my son up with adult doses of medicine, the doctor done very little. It can take days for the doctor to return my calls, even when I say it's urgent. I'm still waiting for forms the doctor told me they would send in July/August. I rang today to ask to speak to the doctor and they are on annual leave, and I'm not allowed to speak to another doctor for advice! What a joke!
