"sorting out my sons problem"

About: Charing Cross Hospital

I am having terible problems trying to sort out my sons situation. I have been uable to contact anyone who seems able or intrested in helping. This has ment him catching a train each day to go to the hospital, as its the only way to talk to anyone(he has a piece of glass in his leg which we seem to be unable to get removed ). I'm down in somerset so I am unable to be there. If he carn't get it sorted today he will have to travel to taunton on the train so that I can sort it down here. I'm so cross and disgusted with the lack of support and poor comunication.
