I arrived at 7. 45 in September to the Daisy ward. Was shown To my bed and explanation of what was happening, Met surgeon and anesthetist.
Taken to theatre by very pleasant porter. Met Sinead anesthetic nurse and Jenny who kept me relaxed and were very funny. Had op and had a wonderful caring recovery nurse Chloe.
Back on ward all the staff were very happy and helpful. The food was a lot better than I expected.
The only criticism I had was in side room 4 when the loo or hot water was flushed or on the plumbing made a loud sound. Very annoying when trying to sleep. Discharge next day was very efficient. Well done to everyone.
