What I liked

In Day Care Unit for elective surgery to left leg varicose veins under the consultant and staff.

Very courteous, cordial and professional reception. Perfectly acceptable waiting times. Excellently communicated details of procedures and outcomes. Thoroughly professional, empathetic and caring treatment involving me at all stages as appropriate by all staff involved. Excellent coffee and biccies on completion (that was a surprise).

Thank you all and many congratulations on the qualtiy of your services.
