I am writing to thank the staff that saw to me yesterday at both the Walk in Centre and the A&E department.
I had a bad fall which hurt my knee whilst out of town. Without going off track too much my treatment at a much, much, much quieter A&E department on the night of the injury was very unprofessional and I was very disappointed.
After a few days of using the wrong advice given to me by said hospital I was told by NHS 111 to get a second opinion off my home town A&E department at the MRI.
The wait was long but I didn't mind, the amount of people and emergencies these guys and gals have in and out all day every day is unbelievable. Yet, they still manage to be friendly, respectful, extremely helpful and you leave feeling very proud of the NHS and reassured that your treatment and post op treatment is the best for you.
Again thank you all for your hard work.
"Excellent service"
