"Quality of care"

I have recently had a knee replacement operation. At all times I had what was involved explained to me. I am an NHS patient in what is essentially a private patient hospital, but I have been given the same quality of care. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. I have been very impressed by their thoughtfulness, making sure that I have everything to hand. My physiotherapists have explained in detail my exercises to me which has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hospital .
