"Not very much really ,one nurse ..."

What I liked

Not very much really ,one nurse in particular was very helpful but until I took things up with the ward manager the attitude was very blase,left hand didnt know what right was doing, no continuity.

Staff very evasive had to be told by a visitor what meds a patient was on even though it had been written up.patient had to take own pain relief after requesting analgesia 5 times etc etc etc I could write a book .....

What could be improved

Almost everything, more care to detail, more consideration to patients and relatives.more information given, rather than being left in the dark.

Anything else?

As far as we are concerned some of this hospitals staff need retraining. Whatever happened to the caring profession????
