Previously at Higherland Surgery I have had no problem accessing my repeat prescription details. Recently I encountered a system that required me to enter various ID and passwords e. g. patient ID and surgery ID which didn't know.
When I followed the links to get over this, the programme informed me that I had entered false personal information. As I repeated this twice, I was sure that I had not entered false information.
As I am unable to get to the surgery, this situation is simply not acceptable. Why has the system been changed, and for whose benefit?
