Happened to be extremely unfortunate as GP referred for a ultrasound appointment which was sent to me by post. Upon going there when the name was being called out was not something I could understand as the pronunciation was wrong. So I told them the name and they said 'I am not here to discuss your name in public either you come in or don't but I am not going to be treated with disrespect'. It felt really embarrassing actually while others were looking. None the less once got in the examining room I was once again verbally abused by awful person and they said 'I don't discuss anything in public I have done this job for years don't tell me how to do my job' and just kept on chewing gum with the mouth opening wide.
After this I went to the reception and asked to speak to a manager and was told there is nobody available to talk to. So I asked for a complaints form and the receptionist made me say everything that happened. Then after listening to everything I had to say was told sorry we don't have any complaints form please go to PALS. When I went there it was shut.
So I kept on calling PALS 02033127777 never ever get any response.
I really wish my GP didn't refer me to St Mary's. I now think due to the way being treated the scan was not proper and the results will be invalid.
