"i like the fact that there is ..."

What I liked i like the fact that there is a nice big car park that u always get a space on and is right over the rd from the hospital which means u dont have far 2 walk.... What could be improved? i've been coming here with my son for 4 years from 2 weeks old and apart from 2 times i have had 2 ring up every time 2 get his appointment as he is seen every 6 months then it changed to every 9/12 months but still ive just rang today to make him an appointment and its going on for 13 and a half months in may!!!he is seen all the time as he has a heart condtion called fallots!!so its not like its a one off i will be coming here for a long time and would like 2 receive an appointment on time with out me having to ring up myself!!And when i do ring they seem 2 be rude and funny one the phone as if 2 say god why is she ringing us to get an appointment(because u never send me one)!! Anything else? over all its not bad but could do with abit of a paint and he make sure ppl get there appointments on time whe they have ill children!
