About: Cumberland Infirmary

I went for an MRI scan and the staff were excellent and put me at ease straight away.

The staff explained exactly what would happen and had very little time to wait.

The unit appeared spotless.

When I was in the scanner I had a bell to ring if I needed anything and the staff spoke to me during the scan.

I really couldn't fault any of it and have nothing but praise for this unit.

Thank you for your lovely comments about when you attended for your MRI scan at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. I am really pleased to hear that you were well cared for and felt relaxed. I am delighted the unit was clean as we have done a tremendous amount of work in ensuring the hospital and its departments are clean and tidy.
