What I liked

I have tried dozens of times over the last two days to speak to someone about an appointment I have next week. Exactly the same problems as the previous comments - either no one answers or the automated message tells you not to leave a message! A very poor service - It makes me wonder if they are even interested in improving customer services. They must have read comments on this website, so why not do something about it? Very frustrating and unneccessary.

What could be improved

Somebody to answer the phone!
