Nothing the place was so dirty
What could be improved
Maybe clean, scrub and buff the floors the dirt build up around the edge of the floors was, well im lost for words
Anything else?
The general condition of the wards left a lot to be desired, the basics of house keeping and cleanliness are not being adhered to. In summary I work in a electronics manufacturing environment and I would sooner recover after an operation on the shop floor at work, as the housekeeping far exceeds the standard observed with the royal Manchester hospital.
