The endocrine department did not look at my ultrasound report which was said to be abnormal.

Dear Anonymous – I am sorry to hear that you feel the team made an error in the provision of your care. I hope that they have now been able to address this and that as a result you are now feel that your condition is understood and that effective care is being delivered. I regret that it seems to have taken so long to discover and that you are as a result now feel much better.
