"Triage visit"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

This is my second time visiting the Triage department at Queens because I was worried about something to do with my pregnancy. I was seen by the same midwife on both occasions and they were brilliant; not once did they make me feel silly for coming in and I was kept thoroughly informed and updated each time. I felt that the midwife went above and beyond for me, particularly when I needed to have my bloods taken and, instead of making me wait in the general hospital area, they did them so that I could be seen to quicker. Overall, the midwife took their time with me, explained things clearly and made sure that my husband and I were satisfied before being discharged.
