Following a head injury I had some issues with my vision and due to the fact I had previously had brain surgery i was advised to attend the N&N emergency department. Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly, and it wasn't too much of a wait to see the triage nurse. After this I was sent over to the urgent care centre and the Doctor there saw me in a matter of minutes, and was able to further examine my symptoms.

I was extremely grateful for the efficiency in the response to my symptoms and would like to thank the team that dealth with me that day. All of the staff were very considerate of my anxieties surrounding the difficulties I was experiencing due to my history, and were all very reassuring.

Although the areas I visited appeared fairly clean the only thing I would point out is the lack of available hand sanitizers that are available around the waiting areas!

We are pleased to hear that you received a prompt response when you visited the Emergency Department and the staff were able to reassure you. We have raised the issue of hand sanitisers with the Matron.
