What I liked

have been trying to ring on only number available 01612761234 for information about my mum who is having an operation today have been ringing for nearly an hour every ten minutes nobody is answering. this is not acceptable as there is no other way of getting in touch.

What could be improved

there needs to be more staff this is the first point of contact for a very large hospital surely there should be a member of staff on reception at all times to deal with enquiries.

Anything else?

i will just have to keep trying till someone picks up the phone.
