I am an average patient, dont like going but go all the same. However on this particular visit the surgery door kept opening and nurses kept whispering to each other then they swapped over..... this happened twice in the same appointment. Made me feel very nervous...! Felt like something was going on and made me feel uncomfortable! With all the swapping of nurses, whispering and banging doors, I think I may look for somewhere else, jameson streets reputation is quickly declining!

We are really sorry you didn't have a positive experience at our practice. We would very much like to talk to you about what happened and to let you know the things put in place from today to ensure that this does not happen again. We like our patients to have a positive experience and your concerns have already been addressed.

The changes made are that any staff changeover is done at the end of an appointment and in case of anyone else entering the room, permission is asked for and explained to the patient. No member of staff should whisper and any necessary conversation should be mimimal and clearly explained at all times.
