"Care in the Emergency Dept."

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske)

I was admitted yesterday morning for very high BP and chest discomfort.

I was treated quickly and kindly, with respect and understanding.

The department was busy, but I was seen almost straight away, and then had to wait a while, understandably.

I was able to get help when I needed it.

The consultant I saw was kindly and clear in all they said, and so were the other staff.

I do thank all the staff.
