"Castle Ward and Staff"

My father recently passed away following a battle with Liver Disease and whilst I am not normally one to write reviews, I feel I have to come on here to commend and thank all the staff on Castle Ward where my dad was cared for during his last days.

The sensitivity, compassion and empathy the staff showed was second to none, and really helped us in so many ways deal with the tragic circumstances we faced. Having taken over the day room for close to a week, the staff always checked up on our wellbeing and offered us refreshments at every opportunity, despite having to look after other patients in need.

The nursing and attentive care of my dad really put me and my family at ease, I cannot speak highly enough on the matter.
