Response from Gregg Murray, Deputy Modern Matron, The Wells Road Centre, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust We have made a change

Thanks to all our visitors who completed Postcards between April and June. I am pleased to see that there is some very complimentary feedback about how staff have ensured that your experience of the service is a positive one.

It is encouraging for staff to be recognized for their commitment to patients, friends and relatives.

In terms of the Disabled parking issue security staff are now issuing people who park in these spaces with a notice to discourage them from parking in these spaces. They will also ask people to move if they spot someone parking in these areas.

Kitchen staff will also ensure that a choice of fresh orange and blackcurrant cordial is available as well as water. We also have the drinks machine which dispenses hot drinks.

Please let me know if you have any further suggestions.
