(as a relative),

I would like to thank the pathology lab team for their care of my daughter yesterday. At the age of 11, she had to have her very first ever blood test. We received excellent care, particularly the receptionist who (despite the usual heaving clinic), ensured that my daughter was seen quickly to reduce anxiety. Also the phlebotomist, Heather, who treated my daughter with dignity, compassion and respect, ensuring that she was put at ease and fully involved in the procedure. Despite some bruising and discomfort afterwards (deep veins), both my daughter and me felt that we had the best care possible. Thankyou
