From the moment I spoke to the NHS111 service until I left A &E on Monday night 7th September 2015, I was treated with great kindness and respect.
I am 69, female and discovered I had sudden facial paralysis at 23,15.
The Paramedics were so caring and reassuring, taking me to A&E as quickly as they could.
Thank you both.
The care I received in A&E was excellent.
Tests were done and Bell's Palsy was the diagnosis and not a mini stroke.
I was kept informed of why I was still waiting - something to do with waiting for blood test results.
Eventually at about 0615, the doctor told me that only half the results had come back but that was sufficient for them to send me home.
Thank you to the NHS for the excellent care and tlc as well.
