"Great new building same old staff"

I was referred by my doctor to their dermatology department

I needed to change the appointment and on two occasions spoke to their appointments department. Oh dear. Long waits bored sounding staff , argumentative, not listening.

I decided that I did not want to go to their hospital.

What a pity they still have these old fashioned do as I tell you attitudes.

There are other and more pleasant hospitals.
