What I liked

Good food. First class medical, nursing and pysiotherapy teams.

I spent 3 months on the stroke ward, and all the staff were excellent. Chatty and humourous, they obviously enjoy their work. This helped to maintain a positive atmosphere on the ward

What could be improved

Medical staff could explain more about the reasons for the treatment, and what each portion of it was expected to achieve

Anything else?

Parking charges for visitors are high

Thank you for your comments. I have passed these on to the Divisional Director and Divisional Nurse Manager.

I am sure that you are aware that parking fees nationally are an issue. The Trust will respond accordingly when any guidelines are introduced.
