"I was booked in for an eye operation ..."

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was booked in for an eye operation on a1 ward, from the moment i walked onto the ward i was greated by a hca and nurses with a smile, at 8am from then on i was totaly looked after and told about everything that was going to happen, the anethatist came to see me and went through my notes asked if i had any questions and aswered them. Then the consultant came to explaine the op with a lovely manner and always smiling.I went to theater on time and the theater staff were also very good explaining everything that was going on.After my operation back on the ward they were realy nice checking me all the time made me a nice cupper,I cannot say enough good things about all the staff that treated me they are brill well done to you all keep up the good work i will be calling in with some chocs for you all

What could be improved
