The service and procedures in this hospital are absolutely rubbish!

I had a referral to them from my dentist for a wisdom tooth removal and have had the worse experience with them. After my first visit to the hospital (my consultation) I was told I would receive a letter in the post with the date of the surgery and I never did. I then called the hospital and the people on the phone apparently cant do anything and don't know who can. I have been told to just wait for the letter even though it has been a whole month. I also had this same experience when receiving a letter for my original consultation.
